How To Update a Casefile

After a call has been made Call Module, a user must document the outcome of the same.
From the 360 view of a case file, select the desired action to perform from the “Update” drop down menu, select the type of update and then fill in the data on the screen that pops up. Each action selected under step 1 above has different requirements. Note Fields marked with red asterisks are mandatory.

Message

There are three message types that can be sent from the system.For that a user clicks on the message button next to the update button then selects the type of message they want to send.On all these sections you can select whether to update the task or not.

Send SMS

For Templates, select a template from the drop-down list and message will be loaded on the message box, select the number and click send.

For Custom, uncheck the "Use template trigger". A user will manually type the message in the data field provided then selects the number before sending.

Send Email

User must first decide whether they want to send a custom or template email.For template option, they select one from the drop down then proceeds to add the valid email address from the case file before sending.For custom they must type their content on the message box before proceeding to send.

Send WhatsApp

Similar to the send email option above, a template must be preconfigured for the user to select.
